After completing your purchase, you'll receive instant access to download your digital files. No physical product will be shipped.
Are these physical products?
No. All products sold at Paper Whispers Studio are digital downloads that you print at home or with a professional printing service.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link immediately. You can also access your files from your order confirmation email.
What file format will I receive?
Our journals are provided as high-quality PDF files, ready for printing.
What paper size are the journals?
Most of our journals are designed for US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches). Please check each product description for the exact size.
Can I print the files more than once?
Yes! You may print your purchased files as many times as you like for your personal use.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
No. All designs are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files to other websites.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
